Br\u00fche<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><br \/>\nDie Currypaste im \u00d6l anbraten und langsam mit Kokosmilch abl\u00f6schen, Knoblauch, Kaffirlimettenbl\u00e4tter, Fischsau\u00dfe und Limettensaft zuf\u00fcgen. Abschmecken und bei Bedarf noch ein paar kleine Chilischoten unterr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDas Gem\u00fcse putzen und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden.<br \/>\nGarnelen und Gem\u00fcsen in der Kokosso\u00dfe gar ziehen lassen.
