Lauchzwiebeln putzen, absp\u00fclen, in St\u00fccke schneiden und ebenfalls im Blitzhacker zertkleinern. Ingwer sch\u00e4len und fein hacken. Knoblauch abziehen und zerdr\u00fccken. K\u00fcrbiskerne, Lauchzwiebeln, beide \u00d6le, Ingwer, Knoblauch und Honig verr\u00fchren. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zitronensaft abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr das K\u00fcrbis-Carpaccio:<\/strong><br \/>\nK\u00fcrbis sch\u00e4len, Kerne und Fasern entfernen. K\u00fcrbis auf einem Gem\u00fcsehobel d\u00fcnn hobeln. K\u00fcrbis auf Portionstellern oder einer Platte anrichten und mit K\u00fcrbiskernpesto betr\u00e4ufeln. Meerrettich sch\u00e4len.
