Mit der Gabel einsteche und bei 180\u00b0 ca. 15-20 Min. abbacken.<\/p>\n<p>400 g dunkle Schokolade (mind. 70%) und 125 g Butter im Wasserbad  schmelzen<br \/>\n5 Eigelb mit 125 g Zucker schaumig r\u00fchren, 150 ml Sahne steif schlagen,  5 Eiwei\u00df zu Schnee schlagen, evtl 3. TL Rum  alles vorsichtig zu Schokomousse verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nEtwas Marmelade auf Boden verteilen, Mousse einf\u00fcllen und bei 180\u00b0 ca. 25 Min. backen.
